As part of their future development they plan to build a Hot Springs resort, a Golf Course, a Guest Ranch, and a Fishing Lodge and Cabins. The Division of Wildlife has established 22 miles of Gold Medal Fishing beginning at Antero reservoir and continuing downstream to Spinny Mountain and 11 Mile reservoirs.
